If your application matches what we are looking for, we will reach out and invite you to complete an on-demand digital video interview. You’ll have up to three (3) business days to complete your digital video interview recording. If your video interview is a success, we’ll invite you to complete a technical challenge question. This is a remote assignment that involves the completion of one or more open-ended questions aimed at assessing your technical skills competency, as related to the position you are interested in.
You will have between 3-7 days (depending on the position) to complete and return your challenge question response to us. Once you submit your challenge question response, we will assess it and provide an update on whether or not you are moving forward in the selection process, within three (3) business days.
A successful challenge question response will result in a technical phone screening call with a member of the team. The purpose of this call is to dive a bit deeper on your challenge question response and to ask some additional questions related to our technical skill needs for the position you are interested in. This will also be a great opportunity for you to ask questions about the position, team or Kepler in general.
We’ll bring you into the Kepler office, in the heart of downtown Toronto. You’ll get a tour of the office and have the opportunity to meet with our team. Be prepared for interview sessions with multiple members of our team that cover behavioural/culture and technical/problem solving skills. After your interview, usually within 5 business days, you’ll hear an update on whether or not you are the person we’ve selected to join our team.
