Kepler is changing the face of satellite communications by launching a constellation of telecommunication nanosatellites! With the recent success of our Series A funding, a handful of early customers, and our first five satellites in orbit, Kepler is currently doubling in size!


  • Define and develop product strategy, product roadmap, product life cycle management, and requirements for Kepler's EverywhereIoT offering that will meet the goals of the business
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis of product features by calculating a thorough development cost and budget, including weighing opportunity cost against other priorities within the engineering team
  • Ruthlessly prioritize product features according to data and feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Advocate for your set of products and features and vision across all levels of the organization
  • Work day to day with the product team to deliver on the product roadmap. Work with a  team of software, firmware, hardware, satellite systems, UI, marketing, sales.
  • Base level of project management

  • Be the product champion for EverywhereIoT, by consolidating feedback from various sources, both internal and external, and translating them into clear and concise features and capabilities.
  • Serve as the domain expert on the market for EverywhereIoT: understand how what you are building fits into the broader competitive marketplace and use that understanding to prioritize products, features, and inform decision making for the
  • Serve as domain expert for product management within Kepler, build out Kepler product management processes, procedures, best practices etc.
  • Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product experience including at least 2 years of leading a small team of product managers
  • Experience through multiple full product life cycles
  • Has brought a new product to market
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with genuine curiosity, and a data-driven mindset.
  • You have experience working with a cross-functional product team (e.g. hardware, software, infrastructure)
  • You have experience working with a product or set of features that are pre-product market fit
  • You are can work in a fast paced, often times unstructured environment and can find the necessary tools, information, etc. to accomplish your goals
  • Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the following segments: Embedded systems or IoT, telecom / connectivity / satellite services, highly regulated environment (military, medical)
  • Experience with multi year product roadmaps
  • Demonstrate the potential to establish a product management practice and introduce product focused thinking within Kepler. Can work as an individual contributor but also provide leadership around product management
