Kepler is changing the face of satellite communications by launching a constellation of telecommunication nanosatellites! With the recent success of our Series A funding, a handful of early customers, and our first two satellites in orbit, Kepler is currently doubling in size!

Kepler is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its growing team!  Our organization is focused on professional improvement, providing input in a team environment and being a value-added member to all aspects of the business.

This role will have responsibility for spearheading the marketing tactics that will increase growth via a marketing communications strategy that is solution and product-centric.  Working closely with internal stakeholders the successful candidate will develop and deliver complete marketing programs that convey the story of Kepler’s satellite communication solutions through all media (digital, collateral, press, events, etc).  Expertise in marketing communications and content generation, digital marketing, and full life-cycle program management of marketing projects is required.  


  • Create and launch both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that connects with Kepler’s target audience, and establishes Kepler as an innovation leader.
  • Develop, plan, execute and analyze on an ongoing basis a cohesive marketing activity plan that includes demand generation activities, events, content across various platforms and sales cycle support materials 
  • Establish success criteria for all related marketing initiatives and regularly evaluate overall performance / ROI for all active programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources for various campaign elements.
  • Monitor competitor and partner MarCom activities and provide consolidated briefs for the team.
  • Take ownership and drive the market intelligence practice within Kepler
  • Collaborate with the sales organization on sales and marketing initiatives that help achieve performance goals
  • Develops the product expertise that is required to educate external channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder teams; identify opportunities to drive revenue, and optimize costs
  • Champion marketing’s priorities, strategies, and initiatives throughout the organization
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing role with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Events. 
  • Experience developing, executing and analyzing demand generation campaigns (B2B experience preferred) 
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Project/program management experience, full-cycle end to end.
  • Advance expertise in MS Office/GSuite and Google Analytics. 
  • You have strong creativity and conceptual skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent influencing/negotiation skill.

  • Experience working in a high growth start-up environment.
  • Experience using marketing tools beyond Google Analytics – Hubspot, Marketo, MailChimp, etc.
  • Experience in international campaigns.
